I said I have a 12:30PM date inNYC, and don’t want to send any amount of time longer than necessary in NYC. It’s there. and if I were to go tomorrow it’s 75 bucks, three times the bus fare.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I do think intermodal freight, unit trains, and RoadRailer make a load of economic sense and a few years ago tried to get the powers that be in my community to do something to get the empty local rail yard into an intermodal hub, but no such luck.
